Thank goodness they are soooooo cute! Jersey shore beach sessions…

You may remember these adorable twin girls from their spring session which was a surprise for Fathers Day to the new Dad! Well, fast forward to now and they are 6 month’s worth of cuteness! This time we were doing a beach shoot and including Dad which I think is so important. I promised “A” that it gets easier, I remember very well what twin babies on the beach was like from my own experience with my niece and nephew many moons ago. It’s not easy schlepping all of that beach gear to the beach, plus the baby essentials while keeping an eye out for little hands grabbing fists filled with sand aimed straight at the mouth. Any experienced mom knows exactly what they will find in the diaper after a day filled with ingesting sand on the beach. I watched these 2 new parents in action and thought to myself… thank goodness they are sooooooooooo cute! I included two bloopers in this sneak peak because to me that’s the fun part. One I will call “high tide” for the image where Mom and Dad grabbed the twins as the tide came rushing up to them, and the other I will call ” patience and love” because that is what I see on Dad’s face while both girls start crying because we pulled their hands filled with sand out of their little mouths. Enjoy the sneak peak, I know I’m enjoying watching these two beauties grow up!

It’s coming I promise… Philadelphia, Jersey shore, family photographer

Crazier than usual around here, and I must apologize. Between all of the beach sessions and a much needed vacation out of the country, I have fallen behind, but I promise great images are just around the corner. I owe countless sneak peaks and galleries and so I am forgoing some sneak peaks in the interest of saving time and just delivering the full gallery (you know who you are). All recent sessions are just gorgeous which is part of the problem (harder to narrow down the choices, so more to edit). What I’m trying to say is… thanks for the patience and I promise it will be worth the wait! The lesson here (because there always is one) is… being a good business person is just as important as being a good photographer (I’m working on it). Oh, and as always can not post without an image..

oh, and if you love your pictures from me please help out and vote for me for the #1 children’s photographer just click on the link!!! Thanks

All for the dogs… New Jersey beach family and pet photographer

I know I usually only show children, but as a dog owner myself I certainly understand when ones dogs are ones family and these 2 were just too much fun to pass up.

Adorable beach baby… Beach photo sessions by Moments Caught Photography

This little cutie just turned one and just started walking too! She loved the ocean, the sand and especially the seagulls! It was so much fun to watch her enjoy so many firsts.

when the streets of Margate NJ flood, the residents come out to play! Philadelphia family photographer at the beach

I wouldn’t believe it, if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Literally within minutes the street floods, and the SUV’s are the only safe vehicles left on the street. All of the neighbors (most of which are summer residents like us) come out on the porch to stare, while the kids (big and small) get out their boogie boards, bikes, or just use their feet. Certainly keeps everyone entertained on a rainy day.

summer fun in LBI… philadelphia family photographer at the beach

One of the coolest thing about my job is watching children grow up who I have known since birth, which is the case with little “ms. s”. I didn’t think it was possible for her eyes to get bigger and bluer but they have. We had this session on the beach in LBI on “the hottest day of the summer” which didn’t stop us at all. This session also has the unique distinction of being the first photo session I have ever showered during… don’t ask? It will all be covered in my book on the dangers of being a professional child and family photographer LOL!

2 brothers, a beach and no rules…

That was my bribe to these boys as we started our adventurous session. After I got the ok from Mom that yes they could go in the ocean in their adorable outfits, all bets were off. I told the boys we were just going to have fun on the beach and in the ocean, and yes they could go in the ocean at 7 pm. I guess I forgot how fast little boys can run on the beach. Once I caught up with them we got some incredible images that I think really capture the individual spirit of each child and the special bond that only brothers (or a parent of 2 boy’s) can truly understand. Enjoy your sneak peak “R” family I have way to many fun pictures of your gorgeous boy’s for you to see.
