As beautiful on the inside as the outside! Main Line commercial photographer

I hadn’t seen this young lady since my son was in a “mommy and me” program with her many moons ago! She sort of took my breath away in many ways as she entered my studio for head shots. Not only is she obviously beautiful on the outside, but such a warm, real, genuine spirit shone through from the inside. She’s just one of those people you would be proud to call a friend. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised, knowing the wonderful people her parents are… you know the saying… the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

as promised here is the next gorgeous child… Philadelphia child photographer

Meet Mr. “k” the youngest and the only boy, no wonder he is so suave and cool. The girls better watch out for this one in a few years…

off to better myself!!!

Where you ask? I am heading to sunny Florida for a 5 day lighting workshop and I can’t wait!! One of the things I enjoy most is being in the company of my fellow photographers, the creative energy is inspiring and we all learn so much from each other. This should be pretty intense 5:30 am photo shoots followed by classes from 8:30 – 5:30 and then wrapped up with sunset photo shoots and then time in the lab to work on photoshop skills. I can’t wait to try out everything I learn on all of my new spring clients. The office will be closed this week, but I will have access to e-mail (just not a lot of time). As, you know I can not make a blog post without images so I will leave you with 2 that remind me it’s spring. The first is of some new buds blooming on a tree in my backyard (the changing seasons always amazes me). The 2nd image I may get in trouble for, it’s my son shaving for the first time with his Daddy and puppy looking on in the mirror (shhhhh don’t tell him I posted it, he never looks at my blog.

A personal post, my other babies! Philadelphia family photographer

For all you dog lovers out there, I thought I would share my 4 legged babies with you. The bigger one is Reggae and he is 3 yrs. old, the smaller one is Abu or boozer as we call her and she is almost 16 yrs. old.

Spring is in the office….

Although the weather might not know it yet, the clients do. It seems like overnight people got the bug, and with that comes the frantic rush to secure their spring photo session. I for one can’t wait to get outside with my clients, see the flowers and feel the sunshine again. March is totally booked, April is just about booked and believe it or not May has 4 spots left. While all of this is wonderful it also means that I became behind again in my blogging, and I am really going to make an effort to get back in the habit. There are several sessions that never made it to the blog at all so here are a few fun ones that suffered from my own spring fever.

A rare site around here in recent years

It’s a rare site lately around here, and it was so beautiful that I took my son on a little photo excursion this morning since he had a 2 hr. delay! The cool thing is he appreciated the beauty as much as I did!

Worth the drive through a snow storm…

This new family lives about an hour away, and we had our first real snowstorm but it was truly worth it. I swear I’m going to change my business name from Moments Caught Photography to Beautiful people photography. I knew I was in trouble when Mom opened the door 10 day’s after giving birth with a totally flat stomach, and then I saw the gorgeous head of hair on little Miss “A” Once again I have too many gorgeous images to choose from so it’s going to be a long blog post. It was hard to take a bad photo of this family as you will see…
