As promised a mini sneak peak for baby Arden (AKA baby super model) before I head out for spring break! All I can say to these new parents is, we have a gazillion incredible pictures to choose from so I would start eating tuna fish for dinner if I were you LOL.
Seriously… I had no doubt with Julia as her Mom that this baby girl would be a little beauty (I had never met Dad before). What I didn’t know was how relaxed she would be as a new Mother or actually anything at all about the new Father. These 2 are naturals, so relaxed with the baby and so completely in love with her you just can’t help but smile as you watch them interact. You can see the love for yourself in these images. Ok, full disclosure… Because 26 images in a blog post deserves an explanation!
Not only are they great past clients of mine, and practically my neighbors but the entire extended family have been in my life it seems like forever. New baby “V” has not one but 2 older cousins who have been friends with my younger son since first grade, and I just love the whole family. Another confession, I had never met the father of little “V” because our first session was a surprise for him and to say that he is “totally in love” with his beautiful family would be an understatement. You will notice I have several pictures of him with his newest baby girl because… well I’m a sucker for Dad’s being sweet with their daughters (I’m sure there is some psychological explanation for that somewhere) oh, and I was trying to even the score a little since he wasn’t in any of the pictures from our first session. Last confession and I will get on with the whopping 26 images. I do 99% of my newborn shoots in my studio, but their home brings out all kinds of creativity in me and is well worth the extra work. Little “T” was certainly worth the wait and as I knew would be the case her Mom and Dad are totally smitten. Ms. “T” truly is pure perfection and her parents are as relaxed as if it was their 3rd. What a wonderful summer they will all have as a new family! Enjoy your preview of what is to come!!!
I have seriously neglected my blog lately, but I have a good excuse…. I have a new baby!!!! Well before the rumor mills start turning, I better clarify. It’s a boy, he’s a whopping 2 pds, and we named him Ruckus (even though I was trying for Canon). He is so cute and we are all in love, well… maybe not all of us quite yet. Reggae his big brother is a little jealous and rather annoyed by the constant nipping going on, but I think even Reggae is starting to get caught up in the cuteness.
