I will call her “pure perfection”… Philadelphia and Main line newborn photographer

Little “T” was certainly worth the wait and as I knew would be the case her Mom and Dad are totally smitten. Ms. “T” truly is pure perfection and her parents are as relaxed as if it was their 3rd. What a wonderful summer they will all have as a new family! Enjoy your preview of what is to come!!!

and Mom was worried…. Philadelphia baby and child photographer

Seriously… Mom was worried that “Ms. N” wasn’t going to smile? Not only was she full of smiles, but I loved seeing her introspective side. She studies everything and everyone and doesn’t miss a trick! Enjoy this little preview of what we were able to get!!

Full of personality… Philadelphia baby and child photographer

How will we ever narrow down our choices of Ms. L. There are seriously so many sides to this little ones personality and you can see most of them in this sneak peak. Along with all those sides one characteristic was constant… a true sweetness that was obvious from the start. Also a very loved little girl, between her parents and her doting Aunt this child is surrounded by lots of love. Oh, and who can resist the look of pride on her face when she takes some still tentative steps in front of me!!! Enjoy your large sneak peak…

What rain? Best Buddies Friendship walk, was a huge success… Main Line commercial photographer

Ok, admittedly it was hardly a beautiful spring day out there today, but you would never know it to look at the smiling faces. The joy, hope, and positive spirit of everyone who participated in the first annual Best Buddies Friendship walk was truly contagious. Even the weather held off until the event wrapped up, it was just that kind of day. I have said it before…. one of the things that bring me the most fulfillment is to be able to give back to organizations like this. As anyone who gives knows, we do it because it makes us feel so good. I would be lying if I didn’t admit, days like today are purely selfish on my part (the fact that others are helped along the way is icing on an already delicious cake). Thanks Best Buddies for including me, I’m in for life!
ps. (there are about 200 more images on the way).

She truly looks like a porcelain doll… Philadelphia baby photographer

I had heard the expression “porcelain doll” before but never actually witnessed a baby who looked just like one… until now that is! Ms. S. was not only beautiful but we had a blast together. I always enjoy when Mom brings Grandma along, there is nothing quite like 3 generations of woman to get to this photographer. Enjoy your sneak peak, I don’t think we took a single bad picture of this true beauty.

Excited to photograph and support an important cause, Best Buddies Friendship Walk… Main Line commercial photographer

Couldn’t be more thrilled to be photographing this weekends “Best Buddies Friendship walk”!
Best buddies is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing friends and jobs for people with intellectual disabilities. They pair kids with special needs with typical peers in the hope of forming lasting and special friendships Philadelphia has a chapter and now so does Lower Merion. This coming saturday will be the first annual walk in Radnor at Archbishop Carrol High School from 8-10 am (rain or shine) and I am proud to be a part of it. Even more excited to get my own children involved in this important and fulfilling cause. Of course next week I will post photo’s from the event, but for now if anyone wants to come out and participate in the walk here is the website with all the info…

Stumbled upon a cool new location, who wants in? Main Line, Philadelphia children’s photogrpaher

After a session this past weekend, I met my husband, kids and dogs for a little walk and stumbled upon this cool location. Son 1 said no way to pictures, but son 2 and dog 2 were up for it as long as “they didn’t have to smile”. Not a problem for this photographer, smile is generally not direction I give while on a shoot and this was just to test the light and cool factor anyway. I have a model next weekend who needs new head shots that I think this will be perfect for! What do you think?
